Can you recommend a pre-workout for someone who fasts everyday? I typically work out first thing in the morning and then do something in the evening (5-6 PM) as a fast break workout. I don’t want to break my fast with a pre-workout, you know?

Hi Lisa, using pre-workout won’t break your fast. You can take pre-workout before a fasted workout without any problems. Any pre-workout supplement with high BCAA & low calorie will work.
